I received some dwf files to make some changes in the draws, but I can't open them in Autocad, I will appreciate if somebody can help me with that.

You can read DWF files into AutoCAD as underlays. See also the tip:

Hi jmontesmx,
Select the file and rename the .DWF extension to .DWG. That should do it.
