IV BEEN A DRAFTSMAN FOR 4 YRS NOW. I STARTED WITH AN ARCHITECT AND NOW IM WORKING FOR KBR IN A PAPER MILL. MY JOB IS TO DRAW ISO FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FOR MATERIAL ORDRING PERPOSES. MY QUESTION IS THERE ANY WAY TO SETUP AUTOCAD 2004 TO COUNT 90'S, T'S VALVES AS I DRAW THEM SO I DONT HAVE TO SPEND HRS HAND COUNTING AFTER I DRAW

I assume these 90's, T's and Valves are blocks? If not, they should be.
As long as they are blocks, you can have Autocad count them by using the Express Tools BCOUNT command. |
