Service packs. Use the ABOUT command. When a window appears click on the Product Information button. It should tell you there.

Are you using an onboard graphics chip or a dedicated graphics card? What is the file size of the drawing that keeps locking up? Is it 2D or 3D? Did you run the Overkill, -Purge, and Audit commands on the drawing?

Where did you get your copy of AutoCAD and Magicad?
Did you download and install all service packs for AutoCAD? Yes or no?

What does using or not using Explorer (you mean Internet Explorer not Windows Explorer) have to do with the problem? Answer: nothing.
Where did you get your copy of AutoCAD and Magicad? at >NTI cad center DK
Did you download and install all service packs for AutoCAD? Yes or no? no, how can i do that?

Its a Lenovo Windows 7 servicepack 1 Intel Xenon CPU E3-1225 V3 3,20Ghz 8Gb ram 64 Bit Clasifikation 7.0 is that Ok?
