Move the QAT where you want then make sure to save your workspace.  Done.

Hello.

Does anyone here know how to get the quick access toolbar to show below the ribbon permanently in vanilla CAD 2013? My accounting and time tracking software has a timer switch that appears at the top of the screen with on option for moving it. Every time I try to hit the match properties button on the quick access toolbar, I end up hitting the timer off switch instead ( a real pain in the who-hah to fix the time later when I finally realize what I've done.Embarrassed).  I have move the toolbar every time I open the software, and it would be a whole heck-of-a-lot simpler to just have it stay where I put it.

Thanks,
