Interesting though, when Iselect "Dock Above Status Line" it locks and does not flicker or bounce

Service Pack 1 has now been installed. This has not solved the issure

In Autocad 2016 layout tabs do not stay "Dock Inline with Status Bar" causing my sreen to flicker and bounce around.
