We are working in Microstation V8i and are recieveing a request to create our DWFs with layer information.

In the past we have created PDFs and dragged/imported them into the Design Review program to create what is essentially a dumbed down DWF which was fine for review purposes.  We have the DWF Writer printer, but it has created issues with fonts so we aren't using it typically.

We have tried using the DWF Writer, it does not bring the level/layer information.  We have created PDFs with the layer information using Bentley's print driver and imported and that does not keep the layer information either.

Is there any way for the DWF to retain the layer information coming from Microstation?  Or is there a third party software that can achieve this?
