You can't create a new forum.  Neither can anyone else.  Only the person that owns the website can create a new forum. 

You were shown how to create a new TOPIC in any one of the existing FORUMS by another forum member.  Study that post again and follow it next time.

Hello Ralston21, if you create blocks you can count them with the command : BCOUNT ( you can choose a selection or all the file ).
