AutoCAD groups are considered a tool specific for a single drawing - they are not copied over.
 
You may want to use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Shift+V ( PASTEBLOCK) to copy objects as a single object (block in this case).

I made a draw using groups instead of blocks, when copied these to other draw the groups changed to several elements, how can conserve these like groups.
