Try the STRETCH command or INSERT a block (even a "static" block) with unequal X-Y scales. You could also use dynamic blocks for this.

We are trying to scale an image/drawing on just one axis (X or Y) in effect stretching it proportionally in one direction. Sounds possible in help and we have found a drawing that looks like this was done. Are dynamic blocks the way, if so how do you control it? Please help, we're wasting lots of work time frustratingly trying to work it out.
