Hello! I need help!

I am working with a file and have attached an xref, but I only need a bit of the referenced file, and I can't find any way of clipping it! I don't understand it as in my office computer I have the exact same program installed and the xref's toolbar has an icon specifically to clip (and another one to bind) references...

And now that I am at it, i can't find the icon for stretching items (without copying them or moving them, only stretching a section of a selected part of the drawing, aka MSTRETCH)...

Why is this?

The F1 help is not real help to me just now...

Thanks!
