One additional note. I have a piping add-on for AutoCAD.
The add-on has an icon, clicking on it will list pipe sizes, lengths, fittings and, get this, weights.

I will always draw in model space, to scale.
When I did an audit, there were 90+ errors noted.
I cleaned the *.dwg file; purge, audit, regenall and saved before posting.
Although I was working in '07, I always save to AutoCad 2000 for email and/or posting. Some downloaders might not have 2007 or newer versions of AutoCad.

The drawing I opened is a piping isometric - generally those do not get drawn to scale so the dims always have to be overwritten. I do not understand your question, had a quick look at it and did not see much wrong.... Care to elaborate?
Cheers

Seems your drawing has a lot of over ridden dimensions. How come?
I was going to scale in model space. Didn't.
Check the catalog. I uploaded your drawing to this website.
You might also try this tutorial.

Checked out your drawing briefly. I'll take a better look later on but, for the record, at first glance, nice.
There was one free astray mark on thee drawing when I went to view, extends. Marked the point and deleted it.
There were also some errors, quite a few.
From the command line, four commands.
Purge (enter)
Audit (enter)
Regenall (enter)
Save (enter)
Cleaned up your drawing nicely.

Went to your home page, didn't open. Or, was extremely slow so I stopped waiting.
