Wow! That's a really, really, really bad idea posting your serial numbers and product codes on a public forum. If I were you, I would edit that post and remove the numbers.
I still don't know what the problem is though? What happens when you try to register? And I'll ask again. Have you contacted Autodesk? They are the only ones that can help you with activation problems.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE SERIAL xxx-xxxxxxxx (edited out by Moderator) THESE WERE PROVIDED. FOR THE 3DS MAX 2010 THE PRODUCT CODE WERE 128B1, AND FOR THE CIVIL 3D 2010 THE PRODUCT CODE WERE 237B1. I REALLY WOUL LIKE TO GET THESE PROGRAMS FULLY REGISTERED. I AM TURNING MY OFFICE INTO A FULL SERVICE ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING FIRM TO SOLICIT INTERNATIONAL WORKS. IF ANYONE CAN BE OF HELP, GOD BLESS.
