Morning Arben, Thanks for helping out.
I got the solution via Autodesk Support team only after 6+ hours of down time.
Here is the solution for all those that have this problem in the future.
When you launch AutoCAD, you see the splash screen, some of the interface, and then the program closes without any error message.
One of the documents below can help you resolve this issue. It is not indicated if you are using a network license or a standalone license, so I am including both documents. Follow the instructions of the one that matches your licensing configuration: AutoCAD splash screen starts up and then closes (Standalone) AutoCAD splash screen starts up and then closes (Network) Hopefully this will save allot of time for someone.

Hi - I'm at work and our IT person is out for an extended amount of time.
I came in this morning all excited about getting some work done but only to find I can't start AutoCAD.
I have rebooted computer which I didn't think would make a difference.
I work on Windows Profession Computer.
Running AutoCAD 2010.
Double-clicking on AutoCAD icon or double-clicking on an existing file starts Autocad flash screen then I get a gray screen for about 10 sec. Then it shuts down.
I called Autodesk Help desk but they are currently closed until 7am.
Any suggestions or help would be most helpful.
