You can use e.g. Google Earth (3D data to Civil 3D or to AutoCAD with the PlexEarth plugin) or the data sources at http://grass.fsv.cvut.cz/gwiki/FreeGeodataCZ

Hello, I'm working on an architectural project and I need to find a 3D map of a region in the Czech Republic.  The region has elevation changes that may effect the project.  Does anyone know where I could download such information? Thanks Pete
