Hi Cadman,

Can you send me the link where I can download the PDF to DWG converter?  I  frequently copied pdf files and traced it with AutoCAD. It would save me a lot of time if a have that.  I hope it's not a free trial version.  Thanks in advance.

No problem.
Be sure to explore the Object Isolate/Hide functions, they can be quite useful too.

There's a big difference between Isolate (IsolateObjects) and LayerIsolate (LayIso). With the introduction of 2011, vanilla AutoCAD was given the object isolate/hide options that the vertical versions have had for years.
Isolate (objects): will 'hide' all non selected objects, thus changing their visibility state to OFF (so to speak - will not display, regardless of layer properties).
Isolate (layer): will isolate as it has always done, turning off all layers that are not of the selected objects.

Hi All-

First let me give back a little.  Did you all know that we can now convert PDF to CAD (dwg)?  I will be happy to send the link for anyone who would like the free down load.

Ok, to my problem. These days when I use the isolate-isolate tool only the items that I select get isolated, instead all the items on the same layer or all the objects with the same properties like it use to do previously.

I am pretty sure that I might have a setting now that off on not set set to the proper mode or need to be reset, however I am not sure.  Please assist on this issue for thanks.

I am using AutoCAD 2011
