I did went in text override in properties and used \X for second line and \n for third line so now I have 3 lines of text and I want only 1 line of text above dimension line and 2 lines bellow

Try going into the "properties" menu of the dimension. Find the "text override" line, and enter your text there.

I have dimensioing the Radius and it have 3 lines to text, can any one please tell me how i can manage to keep 1 text line above the leader and 2 bellow. right now he just center it and the middle text line is above leader
