Open the Layer Properties Manager.
Go to "settings" (top right corner)
un-check "New Layer Notification"

Constantly being prompted to reconcile "unreconciled" layers in my Layer Manager. Not too sure what's kicking my layers into this special grouping, but, if I don't reconcile them, they slowly drop out of my available layers. What do you think could be the root cause? Others in the office are having this same issue. Currently, we open Layer Manager, select all UNreconciled, reconcile them and life goes on. Seems highly unnecessary. And irrelevant. Later, the Layer Nazi is prompting me yet again to reconcile layers-- not sure if the same .dwg file, but happens at least 10 times a day.
