Sounds like your files may be corrupted. Have you tried running a Repair or Re-install?

im using 2010 cad mep doing some pipe work. for some reason in plan view now when im inserting the pipe it is coming in as a single line. in iso or any other view its 3d. also i cannot insert fittings. when i try is says
"cannot find resource string#30438" then i get a blank error message with just a red x, then "unable to execute the tool, unspecified error"
 
anyone else come across any of this?
