You said "When I start Autocad" and then you said "During installation". So does the problem occur when you try and start Autocad or does it happen when you are trying to install Autocad? These are two very different things so you need to be clear on what is happening.

If you are trying to install the program, are you installing from disk or did you donwload the installation files from the Autodesk site? If you downloaded the files from Autodesk, the download could have been corrupted. Try downloading the files again.

If the problem is occurring when you try to start Autocad, then you may need to uninstall and re-install.

Sorry, I misread your initial post. I thought you said "during installation".

Did you try what was suggested in the link that HAWDesigner posted?

Sounds like you need to uninstall and do a clean install.

I agree with Cad64. That will probably be your best option to resolving the issue.

Check for this file in your AutoCAD 2010 directory .

Exist this file?

If no find in google or to any other way  and sent to AutoCAD 2010 directory.
If yes check post of CAD64.
