Can someone please direct to to what service pack I can download to change AutoCAD 2010 from Czec to English.

There is no "Service Pack" for this. You can either buy an upgrade to version 2011 EN, or buy a "language swap" upgrade, or - if you are on subscription - you can download the EN version from your Subscription Center, or - if you are a student - you can download the free En version from the students portal.
