Hi,
I am new to autocad so just finding my way around at the moment.I would like to know how to change the dimension arrows from the inside of a column to the outside ie one either side of the column pointing towards each other when using linear dimensioning.

Also where do I find an arrow which I can use just to point at a component and then ad text about it?

Any Advice much appreciated

All of your Dimension settings can be found in the Dimension Style Manager

Command: DIMSTYLE

The settings you're looking for will be on the Fit tab.

To answer your 2nd question, you can use the LEADER command or look in the Multileaders area of your Annotate ribbon.

Good Luck!!
