I have CAD 2010.  When i send my drawing to PDF, the text that i created outside the viewports display upside down or across my veiwport in PDF. Any idea on how to fix this problem? Thanks!!!

it could be text style issue
check that effects are not thicked
also you need to lok at plot style settings and pagesetup settings
look other drawings(with other plot sytle) for reference

Yeah, what dabrovsky said.
 
In addition you may want to check conflictions between what your pdf creator is trying to do and what your Acad settings are...
 
Or your system memory sucks...like mine! LOL
