Ah, so I can't do anything with my present setup then. Seems kind of odd - AutoCAD seems to have everything else. I guess I'll have to do it manually then. Thanks.

There is a special version of AutoCAD which contains automatic contour line generation - AutoCAD Civil 3D. You can find also other digital terrain modelling applications for AutoCAD.

I'm running AutoCAD 2007, SP0, Ver. A.54.0 (unicode).
I would like to be able to have the program automatically draw contour lines between previously defined shapes at different elevations. Is this possible? There's no help in Help, it only mentions contour lines once, and that in connection with isolines. TIA
