Is there a way to recover what i was working on just before the program crashed, like you can in ACAD????????????OuchOuchOuch

Thanks for a very good tip for the future...I had already reopened Inventor with a different file so the Newver file that i needed was gone.  I also looked for that file version in "Old Version" folder but it was not there either.
