Hello!

Nice to meet you!!

While I am trying to open a .dwg file, a browse window open and ask me to find and open the top.shx file.I dont know where is located this file and I press cancel. The .dwg file opens but another pop window opens and inform me that some reference files are missing including the .dwg file that I try to open!!It asks me to update the location of the referenced files.I choose it and opens a External references Palette but I cant understand what to do after that...

I dont know what to do! Please help me!

Thanks in advance!

Where did you get this drawing from?  Perhaps the SHX file and the JPG were never sent along with the drawing and that would explain why AutoCAD cannot find what it is looking for.
