These problems came from subcantractor

whenever I open a drawing the fill mode set to OFF, zoom factor value set to 12, mbuttonpan value set to 0,
when fill mode set to OFF I cannot see hatches and poly line thickness, for printing when fill mode set to ON and I print the drawing using plot command it is ok but if I use publish command then there is no hatches or line thickness in hard copy.
the other two problems are related to use of mouse wheel
How can I solve these problems?

FILLMODE is a system variable that is saved WITH the drawing.  Reset this value the way you want it and save the drawing.  The next time you open that drawing it will have the mode you want.

ZOOMFACTOR and MBUTTONPAN are both system variables that store their values in the registry.  When you set them the way you want they will retain those values for all drawings until you reset them.

Are you in the habit of loading custom lisp routines upon every instance of opening a drawing?  That's the only way I could see the values being overridden.
