AutoCad 2012 is the primary copy used, however I have installed 2015 on a laptop
for review.

Main problem is the top drop down menu has changed, can 2015 be customized using the 2012 menu?

You're referring to the Menu Bar?

Yes
File Edit View Insert Format Tools Etc.

The 2015 version has this whole new look from 2012 Drop Down Menu's
Is there a way to customize 2015 menu's?

I don't recall there being that much of a change.  At the most it will take you a day to get used to any changes then you won't even notice.  Time to move on.

I'm sure there is a way to customize the drop down menus.  The information should be available through your Help file.

Thanks for your reply

There is significant change & I have noticed since I installed it 3 months ago
The time is to find a way to get the Menu Pull Down Customized to be
identical to the simple one line Menu Items or Delete AutoCad 2015 & stay w/ 2012

If all I needed was the help file(s), I wouldn't of posted the Question!

Now, does anyone know of a way to customize the Pull Down Menu to duplicate
AutoCad 2012?

A simple search on the following....

"customize autocad menu"

...brought up a ton of hits.  Pick one and read it.  What's so difficult about that?

Here's a link to just one of many.

Found it!!!
Took approx. 3 seconds to minimize & just get back to a good ole fashion menu bar

The menu bar is default in 2012 & only requires minimizing in 2015 version

So this really wasn't about the fact the menu bar had changed it was that you didn't see the menu bar and got worried AutoDesk had eliminated it?
