Hello again kc13, please find here the 2 files saved in AutoCAD 2008 ( the others are in 2012 and I suppose that you won't be able to open them ).

Hello kc13, you should make a file that will become a block inside your drawings when you insert it.
Please find here some examples.
Please tell us if you want information on how to use blocks.
