I am a student at Syracuse University... We have access to AutoCAD 2007 + 2008. Autodesk Map 3D, Civil 3D, and Land 3D...
Thanks for you help, I'll look for that feature.

You'd need the right AutoCAD version for this - AutoCAD Civil 3D - or an add-on. Look for "digital terrain modelling" (DTM) and isolines (contours).

Hello,
I am pretty new to AutoCAD and I am trying to create a pretty simple topographic map with it... But I can't seem to figure out how to creat topographic lines...
I have roughly 200 points all with unique x,y,z coordinates and I am trying to create lines at a dynamic x,y but a static z.
Does anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks,
-James Smyth
