Hey fredeuhr,
I use AutoCAD Architecture 2008. If that is what you are using (or higher), open the content browser, left click and hold down the left mouse button on the tool palette, drag the palette down and drop it in the content browser. Everyone should now be able to access the palette through the content browser.

How do I copy/move a tool palette to another computer without using export/import.
