Firstly I am not clear about your questions But my answer would be try using alternate units in dimension style or apply the scale factor to primary units of required dimension. Scale factor would depend upon conversion of units.

Is There any Way That A Person Can Change Diminsion Units In The Same Working Layout . ect Like From " To mm In The Same Work Space.Lamp
