Hi CISEAU,
You can scan the file and save it as a PDF. Then download aidecad.com it is a free PDF converter which will convert a PDF file into a .dxf file. Open the file and save it as a .dwg file. Hope that helps, nameci |

First of all, the drawing is on paper and it is a raster image now. Normally we get the drawing redrawed as we can tell lines, arcs, hatches from them. You can also search for some converters, no matter if it is a PDF to DWG converter or image to DWG converter online, they can do this "redrawing" for you. However the converters are not intelligent as humans', they can just trace lines or do somthing other to get lines back into DWG but for other information suchu as arcs, hatches, etc. will be lost. You can go and try PDF to DWG Converter and raster to vector converter to get your scanned PDF and scanned image convertered into editable DWG/DXF. But before you use the converter, you need to get a high resolution scanned PDF or image (monochrome is better) in order to prevent any lose of information from the drawing on the paper.
Good luck.
By the way, there is not such a free PDF to DWG converter online, and AutoDWG converter is recommended as I have been using it for years. Before that I used Autodesk Raster Design Trial but it really costs time. If you need to trace the lines by yourself you can just try it. Edited by AmerieWhite - 04.Sep.2009 at 04:52 |
