Please make sure you are using the latest version of GeoRefImg (now V1.7) - see Downloads and the command "XANADU".
 
UCS should not be a problem, imperial units might be a problem theoretically. Make sure the units in the world file (most probably meters) are the same as the units used in your drawing/map.

I am using Xanadu's Georefimg tool to reposition a raster map, however it is not repositioning it correctly. The map size is correct but it is repositioned a long way from where it should be. If I open a new dwg from ACAD's template list and try it then it works, so there must be a setting I'm not aware of, possibly related to the UCS.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
