Hello agguloy, I think that POLYLINE would do the job.
You can generate it directly including Lines and Arcs or transform an assembly of entities with the command PEDIT.
When you have a polyline you can transform it to 3D with various commands, you can list the area, etc...
You can also create automaticaly contours with an other software + an EXCEL file, see internet for this with :
Autocad contour lines.

Search for TriangV0.6.7.LSP or use AutoCAD Civil 3D.
