I had done it some years ago but it slipped my mind to do the following.

I have some xrefs with text and dimensions:
Concrete Requirements Xref
Equipment Xref
Building Xref

I insert the 3 xrefs into a model space Drawing "Layout" which has several sheets "Paper space" such as:
  1. 1:200 Layout
  2. And multiply 1:50 layouts
I would like the text and dimensions to show up in both the 1:200 and 1;50 paperspace "Layout Drawings"
