When I generate profile of a railway alignment, Iam getting the message:-

FATAL ERROR Unahandled access violation 0x18e18000 exception at 4ebe7ch
or
FATAL ERROR Unahandled access violation 0xefbc004 exception at 4ebe63h

After the above message the file closes and does not open again.
Will somebody advise an action in this type of situation?

Thanks

Hello,

Did you happen to have a USB device plugged in recently? Or, you can googles the error message and check with related forum discussion there.

It had happened to me last time. What I want to suggest  you is go to add/remove programs and try a repair or reinstall you autocad.

Good Luck!
