I am interested in using the "FLay" utility listed in the downloads section. This file and most of the utilities listed in the downloads section require the use of the APPLOAD command in order to initiate and run the command. The APPLOAD command is not available in LT 2010. Is there another way to use this nifty little utility without the APPLOAD command?

Unfortunately not. AutoCAD LT does not contain the API mechanism for add-on applications like FLay. You would need the full version of AutoCAD.
