I don't know what I did/ some one else did.-- but my drawing apperars to be roated, it is not rotated, I check a line and it says that it is at zero... I can not figure out how to fix it!! PLEASE HELP IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Set your UCS to World. That should fix it right away.
