Hi, I have a problem. When I use ACAD Map I sometimes pull drawings from an external hardrive. When I unplug that drive and try to start ACAD it bombs out and says;

Microsoft Visuall C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error 1
Program C:\Program Files (x86) Autodesk Map5\acad.exe
Abnormal program Termination

I think it is probably an easy fix but can not figure it out.

Can you please help me?

Thanks,
Lee Buse

Is the path to the external drive called out in ACAD Map under Options > Files and Folders?  It sounds like Map expects to "see" the external drive and when it doesn't it goes flaky.  Just a wild guess on my part.  I could be wrong.
