How to insert title block on Layout,
While using Xref am not able to visible on another system...?
Pls share any other ideas...

Is your system giving you a message that it can't find the xref?

Is the title block a block in another file?  If so, drag the block into the current drawing using design center and then insert it on your layout.

Those are just a couple of thoughts of things you might try.

there might be a block in your drawing that has the same name.. purge your drawing before inserting the titleblock.
use the quick select to find your xref..
