I use Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion 2008.

What I need to do is change all elevations in a drawing by 0.94 units.

I found this wonderful application that should be able to take a .csv file and automatically do the find&replace for all text selected.  Whenever I try though, 0/0 entities found and replaced.  I try to do Exact match because of obvious issues (changing 2.34 to 1.40 would also change 12.34 to 11.40 and then to 10.46 when that number comes around), but 0/0 is achieved again.  Then using Substring or Regular expression only changes ALL the numbers to ALL the numbers: no change or each text entity will have 800 characters.

I have created the .csv file.  I had a few hang-ups when Excel automatically formatted numbers as….well, numbers…..instead of text being recognized in the text file as “1.00”,“0.06”.  It would come out as 1, .06

But now there seems to be some problem with the quotation marks created by Excel.  The example file that came with the application works fine.  I tested it.  So does this mean that the app is only good for words and not numbers?
