How to attach an .AdskLib material library in AutoCAD?

A - answer If you received an additional material library in the .adsklib file format, you can use its material definitions and assign them to DWG object through the Materials palette (MATERIALS).

But you need to first attach, open this library. This can be done with the function "Open Existing Library" under the bottom-left icon in the materiál palette:

Select the requested AdskLib file (e.g. the RAL colors library from the Download section) and then you can browse the individual materials in the palette.
