Inventor 2015 combines some related or less used ribbon icons to drop-down menus. Such drop-down then starts with the last used function form the given group.

If you need to promote any of these "hidden" functions and display the icons directly in your ribbon, just right-click on the given group and choose "Ungroup commands from drop-down menu".
