Batch printing of Inventor files.

A - answer For batch plotting of selected files (or whole folders) you can use the Task Scheduler utility available in Inventor 10.

Task Scheduler can be used also for batch publishing to the DWF format, batch import/export and migration of files. Task Scheduler can be run from the Windows Start menu.
