The free 3D viewer Autodesk Inventor Mobile Viewer for Android (see Android Market) can open IPM files from your Autodesk shared web space.

First upload (publish) your 3D model from Inventor Publisher under your free Autodesk user account. In the Viewer, tap the Download button (log in) and choose one of your previously published 3D models.

You can also use a "ipm:" web link, such as that on www.cadonline.cz/photofly in your Android web browser.
