Q - question

Which file formats to use to bring a 3D model into Paint 3D?

A - answer The application Microsoft Paint 3D from Windows 10 supports several types of file formats used in 3D modeling and 3D printing.

To import models from Autodesk CAD applications, you can use e.g. the formats FBX, 3MF, STL or OBJ.

To export from Paint 3D, you can use the 3MF files (including color) and STL files (stereolithography, for 3D printing).
