Block:   Fruit trees (Foliage, trees, plants)

I got them to render but they still all look the same. Not sure how to change this.

All the trees look the same. Am I missing something? Also I cannot get them to render. I would love to use them as I am designing a garden with multiple fruit trees and these would be fantastic! Thanks!
