My Subscription Center (Autodesk Accounts) portal suddenly offers only the "Install Now" download option so I cannot download the complete installation image (archive) of my CAD application.

The fastest download method - Install Now - is offered when choosing the combined installation platform Win32/Win64 (the default), as only the installation program chooses the final application version to setup. If you choose the operating system platform manually (selecting from the list), new download options will appear (see "More options") - "Download now" (using Download manager) and "Download" (using web browser).

Similarly, you can enable the Download option at multi-language installations by switching from a specific language to a multi-language installer - see:
