Using the freeware LISP utility PlotStyleAll you can set the option "Display plot styles" (e.g. monochrome display) for all layouts at once.

Download the file PlotStyleAll.lsp from DL Download, load it into your AutoCAD with APPLOAD and type the command PlotStyleAll. Now select On, Off or List and the command sets or prints the settings for all layouts of the current DWG drawing, except Model.
