Q - question

Does AutoCAD support multi-part solid bodies?

A - answer Yes, so called "multi-lump" volume bodies, 3D ACIS solids containing several distinct solid parts are supported and you can even create them in AutoCAD. Try to draw a couple of not intersecting 3D boxes or spheres (the BOX or SPHERE commands) and join them into one body with the UNION command.
